PTI Architects was recently awarded a mega-development called Deli Medan, Agung Podomoro Group's first real estate venture in Medan.

The proposed development is comprised of a mall, apartment blocks, offices and a hotel situated on a 5.2 hectare property by the Deli River. The over-all design concept draws inspiration from its location by the river. It integrates the different project components through interconnected open spaces and courtyards and innovative and distinctive architecture, unique to the place.
